This website is operated on behalf of Online Curtain Fabrics by Ena Shaw Limited. Your contract is with Ena Shaw Limited (we, us, our). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 590975. Our trading address is Euro Link, Lea Green, St Helens, Merseyside, WA9 4QF and our registered office is at 22 Duke Street, St Helens WA10 2JR. Our VAT Registration Number is GB 151704882.

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all products (Products) supplied online by Online Curtain Fabrics.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

About You

By placing an order through our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and that you fully understand and agree all of these terms and conditions insofar as they relate to you. You must bear the risks associated with use of the Internet.

In placing an order with us, it will be necessary for you to submit personal information. We take your privacy very seriously and will treat all of your personal information in accordance with UK data protection law. Please read our privacy policy.

How the contract is formed between you and us

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

We will confirm acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the order has been accepted by us and that the order is being processed (Process Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Process Confirmation. We will send you a further email when the Products are dispatched.

Where you have placed an order for more than one Product, the Contract will relate only to those Products whose process we have confirmed in the Process Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until we have issued you with separate Process Confirmations.

Price and offers

The price you pay is the price displayed on our Site at the time the order is placed except in cases of obvious error. While we take every effort to ensure our prices are accurate errors may occur. We will verify prices when processing your order and if an error has occurred in our prices then we will let you know as soon as practicable after you have placed the order and let you decide if you wish to continue with the order.

We may change our prices at any time but this will not affect any order that you have already placed with us.

Payment for all products must be made by credit or debit card in UK pounds sterling.

All our prices include VAT.

All offer order codes remain our property, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.


We will only deliver Products in England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland (including both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

The price that you pay for the Products includes standard delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply in certain areas and we will advise you of any additional charges before you place your order at the checkout. Premium delivery may also be available depending on your location (details can be found at checkout).

After you have received the Process Confirmation, we will make all reasonable efforts to dispatch Products within 4 working days of the Process Confirmation. We will let you know as soon as practicable if we cannot deliver the Products within 7 working days of the Process Confirmation. If for any reason we cannot deliver the Products to you within 30 days then, if you require, we will reimburse you any money you have paid. We will make any reimbursement as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of you cancelling your order.

It may occur that an event outside our reasonable control prevents or delays us from processing your order, manufacturing the Products, delivering the Products or performing other obligations under this Contract. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as practicable. While this event subsists, we will not be liable to perform our obligations under this Contract.

Ready Made Products

Please be aware that due to the way ready made curtains are manufactured, we cannot guarantee the pattern repeat is correct. We do not accept liability for this issue.

All ready made curtains sizes are approximate.

Made to Measure & Cut Length Products

We will make the Products to within 1cm of the specifications submitted by you.

All our products are sold on the basis that they are for domestic use only.

Any Product purchased from us through our Site shall be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.

WE RECOMMEND THAT A FABRIC SAMPLE IS ORDERED TO ENSURE THE COLOUR AND TEXTURE ARE TO YOUR LIKING as computer monitors vary greatly in colour and shade representation. Please also check your measurement using our measuring guides to ensure that the correct sizes are ordered.
Your rights if you are dissatisfied with the Products

All made to measure and cut lengths Products are made to order. We will not be able to accept returns of the Products unless the Product is defective.

Please follow the guidelines on care of the Products. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE UNPACKED WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM. Failure to unpack the Products may lead to creasing, such creasing will not be considered a defect.

Check the Products as soon as possible after you receive them. If you think that a Product that we supplied is defective then please contact us by telephone on 0333 4330 767 or email at enquiries@onlinecurtainfabrics.com and we will arrange for the Product to be collected from you.

We shall inspect the Products and if we agree with you that the Product is defective then we will either (at our discretion) offer a full refund for the price of the Product, or repair or replace the Product (we will notify you by e-mail of the action we will take). We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. If returned goods are not faulty carriage will be charged at £10.00 per order.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Your Rights to Cancellation under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.

This website page satisfies the requirement under these regulations for us (the supplier) to supply you (the consumer) with written, durable information about your rights of cancellation of this order.

You have the right to cancel an order for any reason within 14 working days from the day after the date of receipt of the goods. Notice of cancellation should be made via phone on 0333 4330 767, or by email to enquiries@onlinecurtainfabrics.com and we urge you to contact us as soon as possible. Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to any Made to Measure Items or Cut Length Fabrics which are made specifically to your requirements and can’t be cancelled once the fabric has been cut. If you wish to cancel a made to measure or cut length order please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to stop your order before it is cut.

Goods other than made to measure items & cut length fabrics should be returned to us at our returns address at your expense within 14 days and must be undamaged, unused and in the same condition as when received by you. We recommend that recorded delivery is used or proof of delivery obtained as you are responsible for any loss or damage to returned goods until such time as they are received into our premises.

Unfortunately we cannot refund products without the original packaging or products that have been trimmed or adjusted in any way such as cut length fabrics and made to measure curtains. If you do send your items back to us and it does not meet our terms, then you would have to collect or pay for delivery for the items to be sent back to you.

We will refund any sums paid as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of receiving your cancellation.

What if the goods are deemed faulty?

If your goods are faulty, we will gladly provide you with a replacement or refund once the items have been checked, but please advise us what you would like us to do first.

Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 30 days if this is the option you need. Our original carriage charges incurred when sending out the parcel are not refundable. onlinecurtainfabrics.com, accept no liability for any costs incurred for the return of these goods, unless in the opinion of onlinecurtainfabric.com the goods are deemed faulty.

Fabrics: Design Repeat – Please Allow for the possibility of Variations of + or – 5%

Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

Damaged/Faulty Items

We are confident that all our products will reach you in a highly satisfactory manner. If this is not the case please email us at: enquiries@onlinecurtainfabrics.com. Please provide your order number and a description of the problem, along with your name, address and contact number and email address.

We will promptly deal with your queries and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent without delay.

Returns Policy on Ready Made Curtains

If your Ready Made Curtains are found to have a fault, please contact us and let us know, do not however return any Readymade Curtain back to us without being approved to do so, as these will be sent back as an unapproved returns delivery.

Please Note : Once the Ready Made Curtains have had the strings pulled ready for fitting or if your readymade curtains have been adjusted in anyway including curtains altered by us, you can not return the goods back to us for credit under any circumstances.

If you discover that you have made a mistake and ordered the wrong colour or even the wrong size or even the wrong design, then you will need to contact us before returning your Readymade Curtains on 0333 4330 767 any carriage charges to return are at you own cost, we advise a signed for delivery in case your items go missing while being returned. We will refund the cost of the Readymade Curtains if it meets our returns policy.

Goods can only be returned to an a returns address only after you have phoned us and also written an email to explain the problem, if an agreement is made with us, then you will be given the correct returns address in a confirmation email in which you would need to agree with first as this will then be collected from you and returnd to that address.

All items that we have agreed to have returned will be picked up from the address given, by the customer in the UK mainland.

Any items that are returned to us without an agreement will be returned straight back to you at your own cost, if this is not paid within 31days, then we reserve the right to dispose of your items as unclaimed.

No items to be returned to the address given on our website, this is not the returns address and the items will be sent back to you, incurring another charge.

The remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. These terms and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.

4. You will be subject to the policies and terms in force at the time that you place an order for Products from us. We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms from time to time.

5. Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
