Yes you can. We have a very competitive pricing structure. You can save even more on your order if your order over 6/12/20 Metres.

Any order valued over £200 for delivery inside mainland UK is Free. Order values under £200 will incur a £10.00 charge. Please check this link that shows supplemental charges in more areas. Delivery to Northern and Southern Ireland incurs an extra £10 charge. This is charged even if the overall order value is over £200.

Other than Southern Ireland, we don’t deliver outside of mainland UK but we are happy to ship an order to an address inside mainland UK to be forwarded on.

We are confident in the quality of our fabrics but in the rare occasion you have received faulty goods, please read our returns policy. Also, call our sales team on 0333 4330 767 to discuss the issue and arrange pick up of the goods.

Once the faulty goods have been returned and checked by the manufacturer, the card that was used to purchase the goods will be credited. This payment back into your account will be dependent on your credit/debit card Company processing the payment. This also relates to orders being cancelled due to out of stock/ discontinued fabrics.

Providing the order has not left the manufacturer or make up service, we may be able to change the delivery address. Call the Sales team on 0333 4330 767 for help.

If you need to change your order, contact us immediately on 0333 4330 767 and speak to one of the sales team with your changes. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed, you will be responsible for carriage charges for the delivery and return of the order. You can track your order here.

In the case of faulty goods, yes. It is not free if the goods are being returned due to change in the order, the responsibility for carriage remains with the customer.

We accept payments from: Paypal, Visa Credit or Debit Cards, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB Cards. Payments are handled by World Pay.

We supply Eyelet, Tab Top, Pencil Pleat and Pinch Pleat. These can be lined, unlined and blackout lined. We also supply matching tie-backs and valances.

Depending on stocks being readily available from the manufacturer, Ready Made Curtains and Curtain Fabrics are usually delivered between 3-5 working days after being processed by OnlineCurtain fabrics, please note that orders placed online that are outside of working hours or at the weekend, will be processed on the first working day after, Made to Measure delivery times can be found here.

Yes we do have a large selection of beautiful ready made curtains.
