How to measure the width of your track / pole

Track:

Measure the full length of your track from one end to the other.
Then add on any overlaps or returns (if applicable).

How to measure for your finished length:

Track
Measure from 0.5cm above the top of the track to your required length.

Tab Top Additional Information

How to measure the width of your pole.

It's not possible to hang tab tops from a track you will need a pole.

Pole:
Measure the full length of your pole from one finial (decorative end) to the other.

How to measure for your finished length

Pole:
Measure from the top of the pole (ie where the tab would sit)

To your required length.

Ring Top (Eyelet) Additional Information

How to measure the width of your pole

Its not possible to hang ring tops from a track you will need a pole.

Pole:
Measure the full length of your pole from one finial (decorative end) to the other.

How to measure for your finished length

Pole:
Measure from the top of the pole (ie where the ring would sit) to your required length.

Please ensure you have at least 3cm clearance above your pole but DO NOT add this to your measurement.

3” Tape Specification

We use a quality 3” deep pencil pleat tape.

Tab Top Specification

Each tab measures approx. 8cm/3” wide x 10cm/4” deep.

The overall drop of curtain includes the length of the tab.

Ring Top Specification

Rings are available in 40mm and 25mm sizes with a choice of colours. There are 8 rings per width.

Pinch Pleat Specification

We use buckram pinch pleat – 4 pleats with pin hooks per width.

Hooks will be supplied with each order.

Valances Specification

Valances are available in the following approximate lengths:

Straight plain - 25cm / 10” or 36cm / 14”

Shaped plain - 46cm / 18” rising to 31cm / 12” in the middle

Cushion Cover Specification

Cushion covers are 43cm/17” approx

Oxford style is available

Make Up Specification

Overlook seam. 3” approx. blind stitch bottom hem. Blind stitched sides on unlined. Flat bag lined. Mitred spot tack corners on lined and L-shaped tacks on unlined.

Pattern Specification

Curtains will pattern match within the pair. Curtains and valances ordered at the same time with the same drop will also pattern match free of charge.

Lining your products Specification

Curtains and valances are available both lined or unlined.

We recommend that products are lined to improve the drape and appearance, as well as giving them the added protection. Lined products are lined with polycotton lining available with a surcharge applied.
